Ten songs will do. Free space in the room Preparation Create a playlist with different kinds of songs and music (loud, soothing, boisterous, sad, angry, etc.) Implementation 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Have the participants place themselves around the room. Have them \u201cfill all the empty spaces\u201d. 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Play one song and let the group move around the room to the rhythm of the music.
