Case Study Video

As part of the CARE Project, each partner country has developed inspiring video interviews with young entrepreneurs with disabilities, highlighting personal stories of resilience, creativity, and social impact.

These interviews accompany the “(R6) Manual on Entrepreneurship for the V.I. community”, which offers practical tools, guidance, and motivation for young individuals with disabilities to identify gaps in their communities and start their own ventures.

In each short video, the featured entrepreneurs introduce themselves and share insights into their personal and professional journeys. They reflect on what inspired them to pursue a career in art or business, the challenges they encountered as individuals with disabilities, and the ways they overcame those obstacles. The interviews also explore the key support systems that played a role in their success, their advice to other young people with disabilities who wish to follow a similar path, and how the public can support and engage with their work.

These stories showcase real-life examples of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity, aiming to spread a message of empowerment and inclusion. They are part of the broader effort of CARE to build a more inclusive creative industry across Europe.
